The Celebration of Baptism for Children
We are happy to welcome you and your child as you prepare for the Sacrament of Baptism, a sacred doorway to a life of faith and the first step into our parish family. This joyful milestone is a celebration of God’s unconditional love, marking the moment your child is wrapped in love and joined to a community that will support you for years to come. As you take this significant step, please know that our community is here to walk alongside your family, offering a warm place to grow, a helping hand in your parenting journey, and a lifelong home in Christ. We can’t wait to celebrate this special day with you!

The Celebration of Baptism for Adults
Confirmation
Young people are prepared for Confirmation through our Religious Education Program during the school year. Registration for these classes takes place in August.
For additional information contact the Director of Religious Education, Sr. Claudia Sanchez.
Adults who were not confirmed in their youth are invited to attend the Order of Christian Initiation (OCIA), a series of meetings specifically for catechized adults in the winter. Adults who would like to become Catholic need to discern and then learn about Catholicism. Whether you are already baptized or have never been baptized, the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults would be helpful. The meetings begin in September, follow the academic year and culminate on Holy Saturday night during the Easter Vigil mass when people are either baptized or received into the church.
Contact Bernadette Garza for more information.
Anointing of the Sick
The sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick is meant to bring consolation to those who are ill. When someone is seriously ill or going into surgery, please contact the parish office by calling 773-280-7700. You can be anointed at home, in the hospital or in church.
